Product Description

BASECOAT SF 200 is a flexible, acrylic topcoat. It is used on indoor and outdoor surfaces for tennis, pickleball and basketball courts as well as for multipurpose areas BASECOAT SF is combined with sportive floor system products to form durable and comfortable playing surfaces.

COVERAGE / CONSUMPTION

The consumption of BASECOAT SF depends on the absorption and porosity of the substrate.
Typical consumption is between 400 and 600 gr/m².

Application Procedure

Preparation of substrate

Substrate must be clean and free of dust, dirt, oil, grease, paint, curing agents, concrete sealers, loosely bonded toppings, loose particles, old coating residues, and any other substance or condition that may prevent or reduce adhesion.

Preparing the product

BASECOAT SF must be diluted with water up to 20% according to the application method used. The use of a low-speed mechanical mixer is recommended. The mixture should be stirred until it reaches a homogeneous consistency. It is important to keep the mixture homogeneous by occasional remixing during the application process.

Applying the product

Pour the product on the surface of the floor and spread it out evenly with a smooth trowel or flexible rubber squeegee.
