Application Procedure
Preparing the product
DCI Bond G33 is ready to use.
Applying the product
DCI Bond G33 comes in convenient bottles fitted with a special adjustable tip shaped to regulate the amount applied. Apply a sufficient quantity of DCI Bond G33 to the groove end of the flooring section to wet it thoroughly. Insert the next section before the adhesive dries (5 to 10 minutes) and push together firmly. Any excess adhesive must be removed immediately with a wet cloth. Flooring is ready for traffic after approximately 12 to 24 hours, whereas the adhesive is completely dry in 24 to 48 hours, depending on the ambient temperature and the absorbency of the wood.
