Field of Application
Primer PL is used as the bonding promoter of polyurethane sealants and adhesives on non-absorbent surfaces, such as metals, ceramic, glass and painted sheets or absorbent surfaces, such as concrete, etc.
Primer PL is used for joints that are in frequent contact with liquids for lengthy periods of time or exposed to high mechanical stress after they have been sealed.

COVERAGE / CONSUMPTION
The consumption of PRIMER PL depends on the porosity and absorption of the surface. Typical consumption is between 100 and 200 gr/m².
Application Procedure
Preparation of substrate
Surfaces to be treated must be clean, dry, sound and free of all traces of dust, loose parts, oil, grease, wax and old paintwork.
Preparing the product
Ready to be used.
Applying the product
Apply Primer PL in a single coat by brush. Sealant must only be applied when the solvent has completely evaporated, after approximately 20 minutes at +23°C and 50% R.H.
